Feedback and Game Ideas
Your feedback directly shapes what we build next. If a game feels too difficult, too easy, or unclear in its instructions — let us know. If you have an idea for a new cognitive challenge, a skill category you would like to see covered, or a feature that would improve your training sessions, we want to hear it. The games that exist today were shaped by exactly this kind of user input, and we take every suggestion seriously.
Technical Issues
If a game is not loading, a feature is not working as expected, or you are seeing unexpected behaviour on a specific device or browser — send us a note with the details. Please include the game name, the device type (phone, tablet, desktop), and the browser you are using. This helps us reproduce and fix the issue quickly. We investigate all reported issues and aim to resolve them in the next available update.
Partnerships and Education
We are open to conversations with schools, educators, therapists, occupational health professionals, and educational platforms interested in using or featuring PlayingMind. Our games are free and require no login, which makes them easy to integrate into classroom routines, therapy sessions, or wellbeing programmes without any technical barriers. Response Times
We are a small, independent team. We do not have a support ticket system or a dedicated support staff — just a shared inbox that all of us monitor. This means replies can feel more personal, but also means we cannot promise instant responses. For non-urgent enquiries, please allow up to 48 hours. We do not offer phone support at this time.
